Punjab Palace

Truly wonderful Indian food!! Had the navratan korma which was fantastic and rice is very flavorful with lots of saffron. Also had the malai kofta the next time I ordered and it was delicious but the vegetable balls were only potato and cheese with no other vegetable, which was a little disappointing. They will judge your ability to handle spice in the restaurant and way underspiced despite me asking for very spicy, but they spiced it up when I asked. They are a bit better about spice in delivery, especially if you leave a note that you want it really spicy. This is hands down my favorite Indian restaurant in the Allston-Brighton area.

Food arrived a full 30 minutes before estimated time-- I ordered at 5:30, and they said it would be ready at 6:15-645.. I got it super hot at 6. Perfect, as by the time my bf got home everything was at a perfect temp. Delivery guy was super nice. Food was delicious! We ordered all vegetarian dishes and the flavors really stood out! Spices (we ordered some dishes at hot and some at medium)were perfectly tempered, and the fenugreekreally stood out! One comment, is that our aloo palak was a little over-salted. All-in-all a great delivery experience.

I love Indian food, but my children have (until last night), not been into it at all. Punjab Palace just changed that! My daughter LOVED her chicken tikka masala (mild), and my son loved the lentil soup. While the spice level wasn't as hot as I would like, I know that you sometimes have to write that you really mean hot. Overall, the food was really tasty, arrived EXTREMELY fast (the food was so hot I almost burned myself on the bread). Definitely will be ordering from here again!

This place is my girls night in go-to. The 'track your food' estimates were spot on, the food was absolutely delicious and each dish was enough for two people (not that I wanted to share, it was sooo good). Whenever my girlfriend and I have dinner together, she always asks to order from here and I'm always on board. Make sure you can handle spicy, though, if you even go medium. I love spicy, but I have friends who lost it at medium while I was delighted at hot.

This place is awesome. The food is top notch, and the delivery is super quick - usually 20 minutes for me, never more than 30. I order from here way too much, I need help. Two criticisms: the spice levels for "mild, medium, hot" aren't consistent, and often i can't taste any spice in "medium." Also, the rice isn't always freshly cooked and packaged - sometimes it clumps together as you would expect if it was cooked and packed half an hour beforehand.

I frequently eat at the restaurant location and always enjoy the food/service so I thought I would give their delivery a try. Amazing! Just as good, if not better because it is delivered right to my door! I am completely satisfied with both the speed of delivery and quality of the food from Punjab Palace. The spices are superb. My favorites are the Chicken Curry, Bindhi Masala, Chana Masala, and Garlic Naan. Keep in mind their dishes tend to the spicy side. But I love that!

The food is really great, the chicken curry and vegetable jalfrezi are so yummy. They always deliver on time - only time they didnt the person called and apologized (for something out of his control). Definitely recommend.

Punjab Palace is the best Indian food in Boston, hands down. Complete nonsense that Punjabi Daba wins best of Boston when The Palace has nicer employees and better food. Do yourself a favor and eat here.

The food was great and the service was outstanding. Food arrived within 30 minutes and the delivery guy jogged from his car to my door. I appreciate the hustle! Will definately order again.

This is the best delivery Indian I have ever ordered! The spice levels are actually mild medium and hot and it always comes warm. Definite must!
